Forest Fennekin

For the anniversary contest at . One was supposed to pick a favourite Pokémon to draw from the few that are revealed so far of generation six. I picked Fennekin, because I liked it's foxy appearance, and I felt like working with warm colors.

I really surprised myself with this one. I've never really done a digital painting without a neat sketch/lineart before, and it was surprisingly easy. And fun!
Took me only about two hours, so it's really only a speedpainting. (In comparison, one comic page takes me about sixteen hours to complete.)
I like it, though, makes me feel like I've improved a lot.
