Coloring this, I realized that I have never drawn or painted a wound or injury before. Ever. So I looked up some tutorials, and experimented a bit, but gosh, I still need a LOT of practice doing that. Especially drawing a series like Animorphs, where violence has a quite sentral part at times. x)

And, you know, I calculated that, with this pace, it'll take me more than three years to complete book one. Yeeeeeah.

Edit: Made sure you can see some of the silly wound in the first panel, too. cx
